7. Handles a variety of general clerical or special administrative/processing functions such as attendance reports, expenses and supply orders.
8. Wroks closely with other departments via telephone, written or personal contact in order to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction.
9. Develops and maintains records and files required for efficient operations.
10. Creates GL tickets or IBT to reverse fees or adjustments. reconciles suspence and IBT accounts to ensure accurate postings.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
